Important Shipping, Warranty and Refund Infomation

Shipment includes main unit plus accessories - 20mm accessory mount, 6mm stop-pin and 6mm collet. Courier Post logo NewZealand Post logo
Shipping outside of New Zealand is by NZ Post's International Economy Courier

  • Target delivery times, allowing for handling, are 4 to 8 working days, depending on your location.
  • Shipments are fully tracable. Just use the NZ post Track & Trace link here or on our home page.
  • A proof of delivery signature will be required upon receipt of shipment.
  • There is a maximum of 3 RoqStopTM units per shipment.
  • Please be aware that the Destination Country may charge import duties or taxes on your shipment.
  • If your shipment is lost, we will fully refund your payment. This is offered on the understanding that if the shipment should arrive at a later date, your refund must be reimbursed to our account, less 15%.
  • We reserve the right not to send shipments. In this case, a full and immediate refund will be given.
  • The RoqStop™ is warrantied for one year against defective parts, materials or manufacture.
